Overview
ByLogic uses this website and its Telegram enquiry bot to provide information about logistics automation services and to collect business requests from potential customers.
Information We Collect
When you submit the website form or use our Telegram enquiry bot, we may collect your full name, company name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, business type, services of interest, preferred contact method and message. Website submissions may also include page URL, referrer and UTM campaign fields. Telegram submissions may include your Telegram username, user ID, selected language and submission time.
How We Use Information
We use this information to respond to your request, understand your logistics needs, arrange follow-up communication and improve the effectiveness of our website.
Request Processing
Website form submissions are processed through FormSubmit and forwarded to ByLogic. Telegram bot submissions are processed through Telegram and delivered to a restricted ByLogic team chat. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep submitted information only for as long as needed to respond to your request, manage a potential business relationship and meet reasonable administrative requirements.
Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
This site sets no advertising cookies and we do not sell personal data. Three third-party services are present, and only one of them can run before you decide:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) — loaded on every visit in Consent Mode v2, with analytics storage denied. Until you choose Accept analytics it writes no cookie and no identifier is stored on your device; measurement runs cookieless. If you accept, it sets analytics cookies and records how the site is used.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — session recording and heatmaps. Not loaded at all unless you choose Accept analytics. It has no consent mode, so it is blocked until then rather than loaded in a restricted state.
- Apollo (Apollo.io) — website visitor identification. Also loaded only after you choose Accept analytics.
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key bylogicCookieConsent, together with the time you made it, so the banner does not ask on every visit. It is not sent to us. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes it and the banner will ask again.
Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are denied in every case, whether or not you accept analytics.
Opting out entirely. Opening any page on this site with ?ga=off added to the address switches analytics off for that browser completely — no measurement is sent to Google, Microsoft or Apollo, whatever the banner says, and the setting is remembered. Add ?ga=on to reverse it. This is how our own team excludes its visits from the figures.
