About

ByLogic builds software for the operations behind a delivery.

Fulfilment, warehouse, returns, delivery, linehaul and customs — the parts of a logistics business that are easy to describe in a slide and hard to run on a Tuesday.

What we build

ByLogic is a logistics automation platform. It covers eleven modules on one set of data and integrations, so an operation can start with the area that hurts most and extend without replacing what already works.

  • Fulfilment & warehouse management — receiving, stock, picking, packing and dispatch, with barcode, serial and batch tracking.
  • Return platform — a branded returns journey with labels, tracking, inspection and disposition.
  • Duty & tax collection — customs charges assessed on intake, collected before delivery, verified, and the shipment released.
  • Delivery management — hub operations, courier tasks, PUDO points, delivery zones and customer tracking.
  • Linehaul management — scheduled routes between hubs, cargo groups, and visibility across every transport leg.
  • Integrations & automation — carrier connectivity, APIs, webhooks, and customs data quality checks before dispatch.
  • Mission Control — finance, sales, analytics, operations and tasks on one screen.

Alongside those: parcel delivery management, universal carrier integration, hub-to-hub transport, billing and cost management, freight forwarding, and an HS code classification API.

Who it is for

The platform is built for organisations that run logistics rather than buy it as a service: fulfilment and 3PL providers, courier and postal operators, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and cross-border e-commerce operations running their own delivery network.

That audience shapes what the software does. A business handling other companies' goods needs per-client rules, per-client billing and a record of what was done for whom — not only a workflow that works for one brand. A business moving parcels across a border needs the customs charge treated as a step in the process rather than an exception someone handles by email.

How we work

Every engagement starts with a review of the operation as it actually runs, not as it is documented. We look at where manual work accumulates, where the same data is entered more than once, and which exceptions consume the most time. Then we map which modules address that, and which parts of the current setup are better left alone.

Implementation is deliberately staged. Most operations start with one module, run it alongside existing systems, and extend once the first area is settled. We publish our thinking on the operational side of this work in Resources — including the parts that are unflattering to the category, such as what the published accuracy benchmarks actually say about automated customs classification.
