Delivery Management

One parcel, four interfaces, no re-entry.

Middle-mile and last-mile in the same system: the hub receives and sorts, the courier gets a task list, the PUDO point accepts and hands over, and the recipient sees where the parcel is. Every step writes into one shipment record.

Who works in it

Four roles, one record.

A delivery operation runs on handovers. Each handover is a place where a parcel can be scanned twice, scanned late, or not at all — and the cost of that appears downstream as a failed delivery or an untraceable claim.

Admin panel

Create and manage shipments, configure delivery zones within cities, assign employees to PUDO points and manage courier tasks from one place.

Hubworker app

Receiving parcels from couriers, other warehouses and PUDO points, with a built-in barcode scanner or an external one.

Courier app

The courier's task list, updated as the round progresses, with the scan that closes each stop.

Consignee app

Real-time tracking, the nearest pick-up and drop-off points, notifications on a new parcel, and parcel redirection without a phone call.

Hub and network operations

The exceptions are the process.

A clean parcel needs almost no software. What needs software is the box that arrived damaged, the parcel in the wrong location, and the delivery that has to be cancelled after dispatch — handled where the parcel is, not reported to an office that fixes it later.

Receiving and transfers

Parcels received at the warehouse and transferred between departments — last mile, middle mile and sorting — with each movement recorded against the shipment.

Exception handling

Damaged box, parcel in the wrong location, cancelled delivery: resolved at the hub where the parcel physically is, rather than through a message to head office.

PUDO management

Create, configure and assign staff to pick-up and drop-off points, with a back office for accepting parcels from the warehouse and handing them to recipients.

Delivery zones

City zones defined in the system, so sorting and courier rounds follow geography rather than whoever remembers which street belongs where.

Courier task management

Rounds built and assigned as tasks, with completion recorded as the work happens.

Sorting by zone

Parcels sorted onto vehicles by the delivery zone their coordinates fall into, which is the step that decides how much of the round is spent driving.

Equipment and connections

Capture it at the bench, not after the shift.

Volumeters and scales

Dimensions and weight measured automatically as the parcel moves, so the metric on the label is the metric the machine measured.

Warehouse robots

Sorting and internal movement handled by robots working from the same zone logic the system uses for vehicles.

External API and webhooks

A documented API for merchant integration and webhooks for external users of the system, so a shipment status can reach the systems that need it.

Public tracking page

A tracking page the recipient can use without an account, kept in step with the internal status.

Delivery systems and brokers

An integration module for connecting external delivery systems and logistics brokers rather than keeping them in a parallel process.

Mobile scanning

Scanning outside the warehouse, so the record is written where the handover happens.
